We require a 25% deposit unless otherwise specified in a quotation. We require the balance to be paid two weeks in advance of the event. We require credit card number to be used if there are any damages or shortages after the event.

Our tables and chairs are delivered and stacked in a mutually convenient location. Our dishes and glassware are delivered sterilized and sealed. They must be rinsed clean, free of food and put back in their containers upon return. We must charge for any damages to rental equipment.

We sell satisfaction. Yes, we offer tents and other rental equipment but, more importantly, we satisfy your wants and needs. Our flare for design and creation, makes you and your guests feel right at home throughout your event.
